Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities and manage new product development initiatives.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept development through launch and post-launch management.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and business growth initiatives.
• Present product recommendations and updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Product Development, or related functions.
• Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or Engineering domains preferred.
