About The Role
Drive the feature roadmap, backlog, and evolution of a voice AI platform. Translate user and community feedback into actionable product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the feature roadmap, backlog, and product requirements.
- Monitor Voice AI trends and ecosystem developments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver product features.
- Gather and analyze community and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features, aligning with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders informed.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Voice AI, NLP, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Voice AI technologies and ecosystem trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and requirement documentation.
