Job Description

About The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Product Manager with strong technical intuition with 5+ years of experience building cloud-native, scalable Enterprise SaaS products from the ground up (0 1). You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, growth, and maturity for an API-first platform that helps enterprises solve high-stakes problems in fraud prevention, identity verification, and customer authentication.

This role sits at the intersection of telecom infrastructure, identity & security, and enterprise SaaS. You will translate complex operator-network capabilities into compelling, developer-friendly API products that help enterprises fight fraud, streamline authentication, and build trust with their customers. You should be someone who has lived through at least one full product lifecycle from MVP to Scale (or Sunset) and thrives in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and ecosystem-level strategic thinking.

What you'll be Responsible for:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our Enterprise API products. Position our APIs within the broader enterprise fraud-prevention and identity stack to maximize relevance and stickiness. Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Network API products aligned with GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA API standards.
  • Strategic Discovery & Ecosystem Thinking: Conduct deep strategic discovery, customer interviews, competitive intelligence, TAM/SAM analysis, and ecosystem mapping. Think beyond a single API, position the product within the broader enterprise fraud-prevention and identity stack.
  • Product Metric Ownership: Own product KPIs end-to-end: adoption rates, API call volumes, latency SLAs, conversion funnels, revenue contribution, and customer NPS. Build dashboards using analytics tools, define success metrics, and hold the team accountable to them.
  • Agile Leadership & Delivery: Lead agile squads (engineering, design, QA) through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery cadence and clear acceptable criteria.
  • AI-Enabled Development Lifecycle: Evaluate and integrate AI/ML-enabled tools into the development lifecycle from automated testing and code review to intelligent API monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and BD teams to build sales enablement collateral, conduct product demos, and support enterprise deal cycles.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Drive Product-Led Growth motions: self-serve onboarding, developer sandbox, usage-based trials, and in-product analytics to reduce sales-cycle friction and accelerate adoption.
  • Developer & Enterprise UX: Work closely with UX/Design to deliver intuitive developer portals, API documentation, and integration guides. Ensure the product experience delights both enterprise decision-makers and integration engineers.
  • Cloud-Native Fluency: Collaborate with engineering to ensure cloud-native architecture best practices, microservices, containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD, observability, and auto-scaling are reflected in product decisions.
