looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital products. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise product features.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital products and customer experience.
- Support product development from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage product budget and monitor project expenditure.
- Analyse product performance and recommend improvements.
- Support testing and product releases using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Experience managing products through the full development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, cloud technologies, and product development practices.
- Experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Familiarity with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch).
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
- Experience working on Singapore Government projects.
- Experience managing vendors.
- Exposure to AI customer service solutions such as chatbots or conversational AI.
