Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy:Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap for our talent acquisition and attraction solutions, aligned with the companys overall goals and market needs.
  • Market Analysis:Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Customer Engagement:Work closely with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and prioritize product features and improvements accordingly.
  • Feature Prioritization:Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, process design, and other product teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Requirements Gathering:Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Product Development:Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the quality and reliability of the product.
  • Product Evangelism:Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and features to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
  • Training and Documentation:Consult with the process design team to develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support product adoption and usage.
  • Continuous Improvement:Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and enhancements to continuously improve customer satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Master s degree in any related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 to 6 years) as a Product Manager, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR tech, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Recruitment domain and Talent Acquisition for a large, global, matrixed organization.
  • Act as a leader for the Agile development team, guiding and coaching team members in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum methods such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Develop business cases and proposals for process automation initiatives, outlining the potential benefits and ROI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the Talent Acquisition industry.
  • 5 years of JIRA & Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with large industrial or frontline organisations (retail, manufacturing, shipping & logistics), preferred.
