We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product thinking with a solid understanding of supply chain operations and a natural inclination towards technology. The ideal candidate has worked closely with supply chain teams and understands real business challenges across areas such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and vendor coordination.
This role requires someone who can translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions, work closely with engineering teams, and drive execution from problem definition to rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product requirements for supply chain-related workflows, systems, and digital tools.
- Work with business, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
- Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, design, QA, and implementation teams to deliver product features on time.
- Participate in solution design discussions with a strong understanding of system behavior, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Drive improvements across key supply chain functions such as:
- procurement
- inventory management
- warehouse operations
- order lifecycle management
- fulfillment and dispatch
- vendor management
- logistics and delivery tracking
- Prioritize roadmap items based on business value, operational impact, technical feasibility, and urgency.
- Track feature adoption, operational KPIs, and business outcomes after release.
- Support UAT, rollout planning, stakeholder training, and change management.
- Work with data teams or engineering teams to define reports, dashboards, and product metrics.
- Continuously gather feedback from end users and improve workflows for usability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or process/product transformation.
- Prior experience working in or closely with a supply chain, logistics, procurement, warehouse, or operations function.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and enterprise workflow dependencies.
- Good technical understanding and comfort working with engineering teams.
- Ability to understand system architecture at a functional level, including integrations, APIs, data models, and business logic.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and feature documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, procurement, or supply chain planning systems.
- Experience in digital transformation or process automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, dashboards, or data-driven product decision-making.
- Experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS, manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, or supply chain tech products.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum product development processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Someone who understands the ground reality of supply chain operations.
- A product thinker who can identify root causes, not just document requirements.
- A technically aware PM who can have meaningful discussions with developers and architects.
- Someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- A person who can bridge the gap between operations teams and technology teams.
Success in This Role
A successful candidate will be able to:
- deeply understand supply chain business problems,
- convert them into well-defined product requirements,
- work effectively with tech teams to build solutions,
- and deliver measurable process improvement and operational efficiency.
