About the Role
super.money, Indian's fastest-growing fintech, Flipkart-backed platform processing over 300 million monthly transactions, is seeking a Product Manager – Commerce. This Bangalore-based, full-time role offers the opportunity to lead the zero-to-one development of an Affordable Commerce vertical integrated into a high-frequency UPI ecosystem.
What You'll Build (The Mission)
- Product Strategy & GTM: Define the end-to-end roadmap for Affordable Commerce, encompassing discovery, catalog design, checkout, and post-purchase. Help deliver the vertical's P&L and drive the go-to-market strategy to achieve product-market fit among value-conscious consumers.
- Affordability & Checkout Innovation: Integrate native Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and EMI-on-UPI solutions into the checkout flow. Optimize financing options to reduce cart abandonment, increase Average Order Value (AOV), and enhance credit accessibility.
- Merchant & Catalogue Platform: Build the supply side – merchant onboarding, catalogue curation, and integration APIs that power a value-driven product selection. Design for seamless seller integration and white-label affordability solutions that drive merchant adoption.
- Data-Driven Growth: Own the North Star metrics: Conversion Rate, AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, and cart-to-checkout completion. Run continuous experimentation to build a self-reinforcing commerce flywheel.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years in Product Management at high-growth B2C startups, preferably in E-commerce or Fintech.
- Must-Have: Zero-to-one experience; you have built a product, feature set, or vertical from scratch and taken it to measurable scale.
- Proficient in SQL, product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude), and comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and A/B experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and translate qualitative insights into product priorities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-speed environments with minimal structure. Able to make 80/20 decisions and ship fast.
- Nice-to-Have: Prior experience in Value/Social Commerce (e.g., Meesho, Shopsy) or exposure to fintech checkout lending (BNPL, EMI-on-UPI).
