Product Manager

• To design an all-in-one digital platform with fulfillment journeys seamlessly stitched together.
• Design UI/UX for higher customer engagement.
• Provide instant and digital experiences to customers for the fulfillment of any need.
• To build use cases for customers to visit the platform frequently and implement tools to cross/up-sell on the platform based on customer lifecycle, platform usage, transaction behavior, etc., collaboration on products.
• To make this platform an independent and alternate channel for low-cost customer acquisition with positive P&L by creating high value.
• Design digital journeys for existing products through API services, with the intent to have a seamless experience with no manual intervention.
• Design and develop new digital lending ecosystems for increased revenue opportunity for the company.
• POCs with fintechs to set up new avenues for customer acquisition.
• Product conceptualization, competition benchmarking with the market, product design, and its development. The role will also involve cross-functional coordination for control group approvals and GTM planning/execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience must be from Banking/Fintech.
• MBA preferred.
• Within 35 years of age.
• Female candidates preferred.
