What you'll be doing
You will lead product for Sublime LMS — talking to bootcamps, academies and corporate-training teams, shaping the roadmap, and partnering with engineering and design to ship features that keep cohorts engaged from kickoff to graduation.
Key responsibilities
Your day to day
- Own and communicate the Sublime LMS roadmap
- Discover needs through customer and learner research
- Write crisp specs and partner with a senior pod
- Track outcomes and iterate toward measurable impact
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product management for software
- A track record of shipping products users love
- Strong discovery, prioritization and communication
- Comfort with technical and data-informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Nice to have
- Experience in education technology or LMS
- Background working with cohort-based learning
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation
