You'll be responsible for defining product vision, gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders, and translating them into clear roadmaps that guide engineering investments. You will partner closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, distributed, and resilient AI services, ensuring that customer needs and business priorities are met.
You've led product efforts for enterprise or cloud-based platforms, understand how to balance feature velocity with long-term platform strategy, and can iterate quickly while driving toward measurable impact. You have experience building products that combine data, AI, and infrastructure, and know how to make complex technology accessible and valuable for customers.
This is a senior product management role, and we expect you to work across teams to align vision, influence strategy, and mentor other product managers along the way.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management.
Strong understanding of applied Agents/AI/ML concepts and their role in enhancing analytics products and user experiences
Experience building AI agents or Data science solutions.
Familiarity with building or designing developer platforms for AI or ML
Proven abilityto gather customer requirements and translate them into clear, actionable product plans
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to clearly articulate product vision, technical concepts, and decisions to diverse audiences
Experience or familiarity with Oracle Fusion Applications (FA), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Drive next-generation AI product capabilities, with a focus on agentic workflows, ML/AI integration, and data platforms, using Oracle standards and leading open-source frameworks.
Own end-to-end product areas, from vision and strategy through requirements, delivery, and adoption, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs.
Work directly with architects, engineers, and data scientists to define capabilities that unify structured and unstructured data for AI and agent use cases.
Collaborate with remote and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex AI/ML and data-driven services, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and governance.
Partner with customers, field teams, and stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities in AI agents and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
Translate technical complexity (RAG, NL2SQL, multi-agent orchestration) into clear product requirements and intuitive experiences.
Bedeeply hands-on with data and AI/ML concepts, ensuring product decisions are informed by technical feasibility and customer value.
Evangelize AIDP internally and externally, shaping the narrative for how enterprises build and scale with agents.
Mentor and guide other product managers to support organizational growth and accelerate Oracle's AI platform strategy.
