Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and execution of our Healthcare SaaS offerings. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, engaging with customers, driving product improvements, and ensuring market fit in a rapidly evolving healthcare and rehabilitation space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys high ownership, and has experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare compliance, and international product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision- Develop and drive the overall product strategy for Rehab-Software's Healthcare SaaS platform.
- Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to validate product hypotheses.
Product Execution & Delivery- Translate high-level product strategy into clear requirements and detailed user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements with high quality and operational integrity.
Healthcare Domain & Compliance- Deep understanding of healthcare SaaS requirements, regulations, compliance frameworks (e.g., ICD/ICHI, CARF, HIPAA/GDPR where applicable).
- Ensure compliance requirements are embedded into product design and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to validate workflows and ensure clinical relevance.
Customer and Market Engagement- Engage with customers (clinicians, rehabilitation center managers, enterprise partners) to gather insights that drive product improvements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally and externally.
- Lead product demos, gather feedback, and present product specifications to stakeholders.
Performance & Analytics- Define and monitor key product metrics (KPIs) that demonstrate product health, adoption, and business impact.
- Use data to drive decisions, prioritize features, and refine product experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership- Liaise with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure successful product launches, roll-outs, and adoption.
- Educate internal teams on product value propositions and differentiators.
- Mentor junior product team members where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience:Professional Experience- 48+ years experience in Product Management with strong SaaS / enterprise software background.
- Experience specifically in Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare IT, Rehabilitation / clinical software, or related domains preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping successful software products with measurable business impact.
- Startup experience and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Technical & Market Expertise- Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles, cloud architectures, APIs, analytics, and integrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, security, privacy regulations, and compliance (e.g., ICD, EMR/EHR interoperability).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
Communication & Leadership- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate product strategy and requirements clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
