Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Product Manager, based in Kolkata. The Product Manager Intern will assist in the conceptualization, design, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, coordinating with development teams, and supporting project execution to meet both business and client needs. The intern will also help identify growth opportunities, monitor industry trends, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, and Financial Analysis
• Strong skills in Product Development, Strategic Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Communication, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Presentation Skills
• Adept at using digital tools, data visualization, and project management tools
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Background or interest in the financial services industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata throughout the duration of the internship
