Job Purpose: The role is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to gold and silver recovery, cost analysis, rate trends, and process efficiency in the Precious Metals team. It involves leveraging data analytics to optimize operations, improve financial decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data-driven business processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Align with business objectives to maximize the sale and revenue of Selenium,Copper Telluride, Nickel products & PGM Concentrate.

Complete understanding on the value chain of Nickel carbonate, Selenium, Copper Telluride and other minor metals.

Map the market and trade flow for effective decision making and creating pricing strategy as per the global benchmarks/standards.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for technical, commercial and regulatory acceptance of the assigned product(s), conduct pilot studies and lead the technical development of these products.

Build a comprehensive product and market development plan in line with the organizational growth plan.

Work closely with technology partners for modifying process conditions in order to suit current and future requirements of the market.

Monitor stocks and take necessary measures for continuous evacuation of inventory.(Maintaining stock of <1 month production)

Develop and manage channel partner networks for managing complete supply chain as required. Mitigate any logistical, taxation or other issues for smooth distribution & delivery of products.

Negotiate and conclude long term and spot contracts for supply of the mentioned products.

Creating downstream/ancilary units in and around plant to create a dependable long-term market.

Creating departmental and functional SOPs in conjunction with all stakeholders

Technology and IT Enablement Perform UAT for new projects / systems, ERP system, E-commerce platform, development of CRM/logistical platform.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc/B.E./B.Tech (MBA is desirable)

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

6-7 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing experience.(Preferred work experience in sales of Nickel/Gold/Silver/Selenium/Tellurium/PGM)
