Manager – Product & Industry (Healthcare)
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in Specialty Pharmacy and Healthcare Technology to lead product strategy, roadmap, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for specialty pharmacy solutions.
- Lead large-scale platform modernization and enterprise transformation programs.
- Drive multi-million-dollar, multi-year product initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Data, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
- Define product KPIs, ROI metrics, and present outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, FDA, CMS, and PBM requirements.
- Mentor product teams and drive product management best practices.
Required Experience:
- 8–12+ years of Product Management experience.
- 4–5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Healthcare Payer/Provider, or Health-Tech products.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs, platform migrations, or legacy modernization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy workflows, including Prior Authorization, Benefits Investigation, REMS, Adherence Programs, and Specialty Drug Distribution.
- Experience working with US healthcare regulations and payer ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and global collaboration experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with PBMs, Specialty Pharmacies, Healthcare Payers, or Health-Tech organizations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- MBA, Product Certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute), or exposure to AI/ML-driven healthcare solutions.
