We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Settlements with Data Science & AI to join our Non-Financial Crew within Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance in our Zurich office (hybrid work model possibility). The crew is international with colleagues based in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Poland, India and the United States. Responsibilities
- Drive AI solutions that enhance product offerings and deliver meaningful impact for users
- Define and manage product roadmaps for AI-driven and data-heavy applications
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage large stakeholder groups across functions and global locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze and understand data to derive patterns and inform design decisions
- Collaborate with autonomous pods within an agile operating model to fulfill client needs
- Oversee backlog and project management activities for AI and Data Science initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in Product Management/ownership with a minimum of 6 years as a product owner or in a related role within AI, Data Science or Machine Learning projects
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Finance
- Proven experience of defining and managing product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-heavy applications
- Understanding of AI and machine learning principles, data pipelines and software development process
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence or similar tools for backlog and project management
- Capability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skills in managing large stakeholder groups across functions and global locations
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken with significant experience working in international environments
