Product Manager

Role Objective:

We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive product strategy, define roadmaps,

and lead cross-functional execution for high-impact, scalable digital products. You will work

closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate customer needs into

compelling product experiences, ensure alignment with business objectives, and leverage

modern tools and AI-enabled insights to improve product discovery, prioritization, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the lifecycle of a product from inception to delivery

• Formulate the product roadmap working with the key stakeholders across business

lines

• Defines requirements and designs and verifies alignment of functional architecture and

domain data models. This covers both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Ensure requirements are captured in Jira with sufficient details aligning with

organization's standards.

• Perform customer research, feedback analysis, RCA and competitive analysis to identify

new product requirements.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on rigorous data analysis and ROI.

• Partner with the Engineering team on the feasibility of the solutions and evaluation of

optimal solution for the business use case.

• Handle evolving requirements, project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies

efficiently and ensure expected outcomes are delivered

• Handle end-to-end validation and release cycles, ensuring the final output meets the

highest standards of quality and business value

• Handle product demos with internal and external stakeholders

• Work with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within

the organization.

• Communicate status on a periodic basis to senior management highlighting business

value delivered, progress, risks/issues and seek assistance as required

• Be an advocate of data driven decision-making.

• Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Required Skills/Experience:

• MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years experience in product management role in a product, retail, fintech or logistics

firm

• Extensive experience working with senior stakeholder on the business and technology

front

• Experience on managing both web facing and mobile products

• 4+ years of experience working in agile methodology

• Proven ability to simplify complex use cases into optimal user friendly solutions

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience using SQL, data analysis and visualization tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence

decisions
