Product Associate/Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Grade: M1/M2

Job Role

• Assisting team in day to day tasks and coordinating with RMs for activities related to business and data management.

• Understanding and resolving corporate queries.

• Handling of corporate transactions and repayments.

• Sending various MISs to Corporates and WBG team.

• Monitoring risk limits of corporates.

• Preparing ENR, Volume MIS with respect to Budget.

• To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by way of smooth processing of client transactions.

• Candidate should demonstrate strong relationship building qualities as well as liase with various channels.

• Track customer complaints/queries & help in resolution.

• Improve TAT & streamline processes to provide effective customer service.

• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned client relationships & help business teams for cross sell opportunities.

• Data and MIS management.

Job Requirements

• Graduate with past experience in related field/ MBA

• Job Knowledge - Good understanding of Industry, markets and products and good networking skills

• Excellent written, oral communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to perform under high pressure and adhering to specified timelines.
