PRYM Group is building a full-stack agri-drone ecosystem in India.
- PRYM Aerospace designs and manufactures agricultural drones.
- PRYM Solutions (Salam Kisan) delivers drone-based crop services to farmers through a network of trained operators and partners.
About the role
We are hiring a Product Manager to own cross-group products and platforms at PRYM Group. You will sit in the Founder's Office, work directly with the CEO, and lead a cross-functional team of 8-12. You will also act as Product Owner and Business Analyst.
Your mandate covers products for farmers, operators, partners, enterprise customers and internal teams, and potentially PRYM's manufacturing, training and business ecosystem. You will find opportunities, validate them, build MVPs and turn them into systems that scale. Every product decision you make will tie back to revenue, ops efficiency, customer adoption and scalability.
What you will do
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for cross-group products and platforms
- Take ideas from opportunity to validated MVP to scalable system
- Translate business goals into clear requirements and drive delivery with engineering, QA and design
- Lead AI initiatives from discovery to launch
- Work with business, operations, enterprise customers and external partners to scope integrations and new revenue streams
- Use data to measure impact and guide prioritisation
- Lead, mentor and grow the product and tech team
What you will bring
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building platforms, B2B/B2C products, marketplaces or SaaS
- A track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and then scaling them
- Commercial ownership: you have connected product decisions to revenue, efficiency and adoption
- Strong hands-on AI knowledge, with AI-powered products shipped
- Experience building tech products for Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 8-12 people
- Strong fundamentals in discovery, prioritisation, documentation and agile delivery
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
Good to have
- Agritech experience
- An MBA
- Exposure to drones, IoT or rural tech
