It's a dual funnel - serve and sales motion driven (mostly inbound)
Note this is a product manager role to keep it generic, but the focus is growth side specifically on sales.

About the Role
We are a product-led company experiencing high volumes of organic inbound traffic. We don't do cold calling. Instead, our users find us, sign up, and reach out with questions. We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy Product Specialist to act as the face of our company—fielding live chats, helping users succeed, and smoothly guiding them into our premium paid tiers ($800–$4k/year).

What You'll Do Daily
- Command the Inbox & Live Chat: Act as the first line of defense for incoming user questions, technical support inquiries, and pricing chats.
- Bridge Support to Sales: Actively listen to user problems in chat/email and identify opportunities to upgrade them to our premium plans.
- Run High-Velocity Demos: Conduct 15-to-30-minute consultative Zoom calls with qualified users. Diagnose their needs, show them the exact features that solve their problems, and confidently ask for the close on call one or two.
- Drive Revenue: Manage a lightweight, fast-moving CRM pipeline to hit realistic monthly conversion and revenue targets.

- Tech-Savvy: You learn new software quickly and are entirely comfortable troubleshooting basic technical questions on the fly.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (70/30 split).
