built the platform the industry actually needs So we are. A B2B SaaS product purpose-built for

marketing and advertising — packaging the intelligence, tools, and workflows we've developed

in-house, and putting them in the hands of brands and agencies at scale.

This is a 0-to-1 build. We don't need someone to warm the seat. We need a Product Manager

who treats ambiguity like a creative brief — and ships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Manager — SaaS who will lead the strategy, development, and scaling of

SaaS-based products that power the agency's advertising, marketing, and analytics capabilities. This

role bridges business, technology, and creative teams, driving product-led innovation that enhances

client outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the product craft and the marketing technology

landscape — someone who can think in user journeys and system architectures, work with engineers

and creatives in the same day, and drive a product from idea to impact without losing momentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Vision

– Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS products aligned with

agency growth goals

– Identify and build innovative ad-tech and mar-tech solutions, including AI, analytics,

automation, and campaign management platforms

– Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and MVP through to launch and

continuous improvement

AI & Intelligent Product Development

– Lead product initiatives involving NLP, Generative AI, Transformer architectures, LLMs,

embeddings, vector search, and end-to-end RAG pipelines

– Work with AI/ML frameworks and orchestration tools including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging

Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex

– Drive integration with vector databases and search infrastructure such as Milvus, Qdrant,

Pinecone, and Weaviate, along with distributed data stores like PostgreSQL or Cassandra

Platform & Infrastructure Collaboration

– Partner closely with engineering on MLOps and production requirements — model

deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, and enterprise-grade scalability

– Work across cloud-native infrastructure decisions involving Docker, Kubernetes, and major

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Execution & Stakeholder Management

– Write clear PRDs, manage the product backlog, and run Agile/Scrum ceremonies with the

engineering team

– Collaborate with business, creative, and client teams to translate real-world needs into product

decisions

– Track product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on data and user

feedback

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

– 6–8 years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably in ad-tech, mar-tech, or

digital platforms

– Proven ability to build and scale B2B SaaS products in Agile environments

– Strong understanding of advertising agency workflows, media operations, analytics, and

campaign management

– Hands-on experience with product roadmaps, PRDs, backlog management, and Agile/Scrum

methodologies

– Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architecture, APIs, data platforms, automation tools, and

dashboards

– Exposure to AI-driven products, data analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms

– Strategic, execution-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management and

communication skills

– Customer-centric, entrepreneurial approach with high ownership and the ability to thrive in a

fast-paced environment
