PM Skills Experience working on at least one product development project Knowledge of and experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies

Assists with the Discovery, Definition and Development activities

Facilitates task estimations and prioritization Monitors, tracks and makes decisions on issues and risks, escalates impediments

Monitors resourcing and provides input to address critical bottlenecks Plan and implement risk mitigation

Strong technical background is at least one area such as Java/.Net application development, AWS or DevOps

Driving project management activities such as sprint planning, story grooming and sprint retrospection

Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to communicate with technical people as well as management and business

High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment

Provide regular updates including overall project health, risks and growth opportunities Identify and act on growth opportunities
