Requirements :

Skill Set

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in product management, experience in owning product end-to-end
• Worked on B2B/B2C marketplaces, handling vendor onboarding, transaction workflows, and operational scaling
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS, cloud platforms, API integrations, and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with integrating SaaS products into enterprise ecosystems like SAP, ERPs, and regulatory frameworks

Personality Traits

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, define features with limited data, and iterate rapidly to develop solutions in unexplored or evolving domains
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills, ability to call out risks, negotiate
• Strong cross collaboration skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholders (both internal and external), experience working with the founders is a plus
• Strong problem discovery and prioritisation skills with strong focus on creating impactful user journeys
