Exploring the Role
We are looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development of SaaS products in the Travel & Hospitality domain. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience to build scalable solutions for hotels, airlines, OTAs, and travel platforms.
This role requires strong domain understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex industry problems into impactful product solutions.
How your day will look like/Job responsibility:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery, roadmap planning, execution, to launch and iteration
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals in the travel & hospitality ecosystem
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and business requirements into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Drive integrations with third-party systems (CRS, PMS, GDS, channel managers, payment gateways, etc.)
- Analyze product performance using data (KPIs, funnels, adoption, retention) and drive continuous improvement
- Engage with customers (hoteliers, airlines, travel partners) to gather insights and validate solutions
- Prioritize features using frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.) and manage product backlog
- Ensure timely delivery with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with GTM teams for product launches, positioning, and adoption
Education & Work Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS-based products
- Strong domain knowledge in Travel & Hospitality (Hotels, Airlines, OTAs, Revenue Management, Distribution, etc.)
- Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and platform-based products
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with systems like PMS (Property Management Systems), CRS, GDS, or Channel Managers
- Understanding of pricing, revenue optimization, or demand forecasting in travel
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products (recommendations, dynamic pricing, personalization)
- MBA or equivalent business education (preferred but not mandatory)
