Product Manager

Role: Product Manager + Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore or Gurugram or Noida

Experience: 8 Plus

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst within Capital Markets

• Strong domain expertise in Equity Derivatives (Must)

• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders

• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping

• Ability to work closely with Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in Banking / Financial Services / Investment Banking / Capital Markets environments

• Strong understanding of the Equity Derivatives lifecycle and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of Capital Markets initiatives from requirements through implementation

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams

• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines

• Facilitate discussions across Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams

• Identify process improvements and support solution design

• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
