Key Responsibilities
Technical & Business
- Exposure to product development in a Service Provider environment, across both public and private cloud constructs.
- Creation and ownership of L2O (Lead-to-Order) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes.
- In-depth understanding of Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and Private/Hybrid Cloud platforms (VMware, Nutanix, OpenStack, Hyperconverged Infrastructure).
- Strong grounding in Data Centers, Colocation, On-Premise Computing (Dell/HP), Cybersecurity (xDR, EDR, Firewall, SASE), and DevOps technologies.
- Lead product strategy with a sound understanding of commercial models, business cases, amortization, NPV, IRR, EBITDA, etc.
- Strong experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Create Product GTM models; drive AOP creation and execution planning for both public and private cloud lines.
Functional
- Provide commercial support to sales teams for specific public and private cloud deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team on awareness campaigns across digital platforms.
- Participate in industry events and forums; stay updated on the latest cloud and infrastructure trends via Gartner, KPMG, Forrester, Forbes, etc.
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, Engineering, Delivery Assurance, and cross-functional teams for process formalization.
- Lead important projects requiring guidance to solution and sales teams.
- Achieve AOP targets for both public and private cloud products.
- Manage strong relationships with major OEMs and hyperscalers: HPE, Cisco, Dell EMC, Lenovo, NetApp, Nutanix, VMware, Citrix, Rubrik, Veeam, Veritas, Commvault, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle.
- Ensure partner certifications are managed company-wide; drive NPI (New Product Introduction) programs.
- Define and execute hybrid/multi-cloud strategy, ensuring seamless integration between public and private cloud environments.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7–12 years total; 4–6 years in Product Management within the Service Provider industry, with exposure to both public and private cloud portfolios.
- Certifications (if any): Relevant industry certifications across public and private cloud technology domains (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, VMware, Nutanix); Product Management certification desirable.
