Product Manager (PSA Certinia)

• Define and own the product roadmap for PSA Certinia implementations, aligning with business goals and client requirements.

• Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery cycles.

• Lead stakeholder management across leadership, internal teams, and Salesforce partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to go-live, including customization, integrations, and performance optimization.

• Measure product success using KPIs such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and ROI, and iterate based on insights.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact digital and customer service solutions.
