Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager Logistics Technology to drive the vision and roadmap for our supply chain products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions like OMS, WMS, and FMS, leveraging market insights and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Manager to understand and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the logistics technology products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competition, and emerging trends in the logistics industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to prioritize and deliver product features and enhancements that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Participate in Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the products and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with product marketing and sales enablement efforts, including product documentation, presentations, and demos.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve your knowledge of logistics technology products and related areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in products like Order Management System, Warehouse Management System, Freight Management System, or related areas.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps, and deliver products on-time and within budget.
- Understanding of Agile product development processes, and experience working with Agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
