Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

2. Roadmap Development:

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Ensure alignment of the roadmap with stakeholders across teams.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution.

4. Customer-Centric Approach:

- Gather customer feedback to understand pain points and expectations.

- Translate customer insights into actionable product features and improvements.

5. Project Management:

- Create and manage product timelines, sprints, and deliverables.

- Monitor product development progress and address roadblocks proactively.

6. Performance Tracking:

- Define and track KPIs for product success.

- Use data analytics to measure product performance and identify improvement areas.

7. Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve product issues efficiently.

- Make informed decisions to meet customer and business needs effectively.

8. Communication:

- Present product updates, performance metrics, and future plans to stakeholders and leadership.

- Ensure transparency and clear communication across all levels.

9. Budget and Resource Management:

- Optimize resource allocation and manage budgets for product development.

- Evaluate tools and technologies to improve product processes.

10. Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure the product adheres to legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).

- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
