About the Role:

Product Manager - AI x Customer Experience

We are hiring a Product Manager to work at the intersection of AI and Customer Experience, driving high-impact initiatives that redefine how customers interact with our products and services. This is a dynamic, high-ownership role where you will lead AI-powered product experiences end-to-end -from identifying opportunities and defining strategy to execution, experimentation, and scale.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytical, and passionate about leveraging AI to solve real user problems, improve operational efficiency, and create measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product roadmap for AI-led customer experience initiatives aligned with business and customer goals
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML across customer journeys, support workflows, personalization, automation, and engagement
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, design, data science, and engineering teams to define and execute product solutions
• Conduct customer research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into impactful product features and enhancements
• Create structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and success metrics
• Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize user experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to ensure timely execution and scalable implementation
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product improvements
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and industry best practices to identify innovation opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of product management experience in a tech, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer internet environment
• Experience working on customer experience, automation, AI-enabled, or platform products is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, customer journey optimization, and product analytics
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, product management tools, and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus
