We are seeking experienced Product Managers from the pharmaceutical industry with relevant Cardio-Diabetic Therapy exposure and a strong track record in brand management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth.
- Plan and manage product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Partner with sales teams to implement brand plans effectively.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc./B.Pharm with M.Pharm, M.Sc., or MBA (Pharma Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory experience in the Acute Therapy segment.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record of managing and growing brands.
- Good career stability across previous organizations.
