About The Role

slice is looking for a Platform Product Manager who is passionate about building scalable internal products and operational platforms. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, operations, support, analytics, and business teams to create systems that improve efficiency, automation, visibility, and decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Understand pain points, workflows, and operational challenges across internal stakeholders including Operations, Support, Risk, Finance, and Business teams.
• Build scalable internal platforms, tooling, and automation systems that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Define and prioritize platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and long-term architectural vision.
• Work closely with leadership, engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to drive platform adoption and execution.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through workflow optimization, integrations, and intelligent automation.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
• Establish metrics to measure platform effectiveness, operational impact, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform scalability and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement through fast iterations, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback loops.

What You Will Need

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience in platform products, internal tooling, fintech, SaaS, or fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous and complex operational challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, operations, and design teams.
• Ability to convert fragmented requirements into structured product plans and execution roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bias for action with an ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, platform ecosystems, APIs, or internal operations systems is a plus.
