Product Manager

About the Role

At Pidge, you will work at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, and Business to shape how users and customers experience the future of logistics and commerce. You will own the product journey from discovery to delivery, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs, aligned with business outcomes, and feasible within technical constraints. You will help define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured, while working in a focused, curious, and collaborative environment that values clarity, impact, and fast learning.

What You'll D

• Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, experiments, and product roadmaps
• Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams to build and launch thoughtful, user-centric features
• Collaborate with Business and cross-functional stakeholders to understand user needs and business priorities
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and structured experiments to validate assumptions
• Prioritize problems and solutions based on user needs, business impact, and feasibility
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while making product decisions
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous product improvements

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Logistics, SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, experiments, and product roadmap
• Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams to build and launch user centric products/feature
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to form hypotheses, analyze data, and make informed decision
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment with competing prioritie
• Strong bias toward clarity, measurable outcomes, and continuous learning.
