Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain delivery methodologies for consistent, high-quality customer outcomes
- Drive product roadmap for business applications that create user value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, priorities, and implementation plans; manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Architect and deliver solution-oriented implementations in customer environments
- Develop product and technical implementation plans, processes, and workflows
- Translate customer needs into user stories through continuous discovery (surveys, interviews)
- Leverage empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
- Analyze tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and effort
- Proactively seek customer feedback and facilitate product demos for real-time team feedback
- Prioritize work through organized backlog of user stories with clear timelines
- Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business and customer needs
- Regularly engage with team to provide feedback on work-in-progress and clarify requirements
- Coordinate with program management on resourcing and functional expertise
- Provide performance management feedback for team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field—or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing technical teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-first mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service and value
- Experience facilitating requirement discovery sessions to understand business context, user intent, and solution objectives
- Experience designing and launching new service offerings that support customer goals
- Experience collaborating with development teams on feasibility assessment and UX/change management
- Experience building user-facing products
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- In-depth knowledge of software best practices and frameworks across diverse technical environments
- Highly organized and proactive resource management skills
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Preferred experience with AI product and data product development
