Roles and Responsibilities: .

Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends. . Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analysing feedback and conducting regular usability testing. . Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment. . Define and prioritize product features and requirements. . Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback. . Use data analytics to analyse and measure business performance. . Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features. . Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories

Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience: . Education- Full-time MBA (optional). . Relevant experience- 1 to 5 years in BFSI/Fintech industry. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. . Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders. . Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
