Roles and Responsibilities:

. Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends . Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analyzing feedback and conducting regular usability testing. . Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment. . Define and prioritize product features and requirements. . Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback. . Use data analytics to analyze and measure business performance. . Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features. . Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories. Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience: . Education- Full-time MBA . Relevant experience- 3 to 7 years in BFSI/Fintech industry. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. . Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholder. . Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Kotak Infiniti)
