Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement product strategies for waterproofing solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the product life cycle, including planning, launch, and portfolio optimization.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and innovation.

Product Development & Innovation

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to innovate and improve existing waterproofing products.
• Ensure technical feasibility and performance standards of new products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on product features, benefits, and applications.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

• Define and track KPIs for product success, including market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Report product performance metrics to senior management and suggest actionable improvements.
