Objectives of the Role:
• Define and execute a product strategy aligned with PaySprint's vision and business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap using agile best practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and revenue growth.
• Drive customer-centric development through continuous feedback.
• Optimize the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Define features, functionalities, and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 4–5 years of total experience as a Product Manager.
• 3–4 years of experience managing B2B API-driven products, SaaS platforms, or document/identity verification solutions.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of agile product management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Leadership mindset with strong collaboration skills.
