About the Role

The Product Manager – Partnerships plays a critical role in scaling the bank's Retail Forex business, specifically focusing on Inward and Outward Remittances. This role involves identifying and managing partnerships with licensed money transfer agencies and brokers, overseeing end-to-end product and process implementation, and ensuring seamless customer journeys. The position requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard partners for collaboration in the Inward Remittance space.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Design and implement customer journeys for FX transactions across all channels (digital, branch, RMs).
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) detailing project objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and readiness.
  • Plan and execute product launches across distribution channels.
  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns:
  • External: Oversee campaign documentation, execution, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Website: Maintain and update FX-related content on the bank's website.
  • Internal: Communicate product and process changes effectively across teams.
  • Data: Ensure availability and accuracy of campaign-related data.
  • Provide day-to-day support to branches and channel teams for FX transaction processing.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail FX business, including Inward and Outward Remittances.
  • Understand and adhere to the regulatory framework governing FX transactions.
  • Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage technology to enhance digital business capabilities and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Graduation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.

Experience

  • 5–10 yearsof relevant experience in Retail Forex, Product Management, or related domains.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of Retail FX products and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in designing customer journeys and managing digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to lead product initiatives and drive business growth through partnerships.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen understanding of digital business models.
