Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the given product lines.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales & Distribution to develop new business.
• Develop and maintain marketing roadmaps, product roadmaps and communicate these to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• To Align with Business Division Direction and develop regular interactions / reviews with them to ensure healthy pipeline of new projects/new Business
• Timely review & reporting of New Business pipeline and Product Management reports.
• Must be a strong Team Player to contribute to overall success of the Group, must be individual contributor who takes ownership and works with minimal supervision
• Show Active participation to Organization common objectives for the Personal Development
• To play a Leadership role in Product Management and guide team on their performance
• Ready to travel 25% (North India, Soth India & West India)
• Must have a valid passport (for overseas travel)
