Product Manager (Pan India) - Hamlet Job Details: Job Title: Product Manager (All India ) HAM-LET Instrumentation Valves & Fittings (UCT Fluid Solutions) Base Location: Pune (We are looking for Pune based candidates only. Do not share resumes of candidates from other locations) Region: Pan India Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical. Automation background is an added advantage along with basic knowledge of Electronic controls & PLC Experience: Sales and Business Development experience of 1218+ years in instrumentation valves, fittings, or fluid control products Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 18 Lakhs Gross per annum Company: Shavo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Role Purpose The All India Product Manager is a business owner and growth leader responsible for building HAM-LET (UCT) into a top-tier instrumentation valves and fittings brand in India, competing head-to-head with Swagelok and Parker. This role carries full accountability for revenue growth, market penetration, product positioning, and sales enablement across all regions and key industries. The incumbent is expected to drive a sales turnaround, unlock large OEM and EPC accounts, and rapidly scale the business through structured market execution, strong technical leadership, and disciplined commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth Own the India revenue target for HAM-LET instrumentation valves & fittings Build and execute a 3-year growth roadmap to scale the business aggressively Identify and convert high-value OEM, EPC, and end-user accounts currently dominated by Swagelok and Parker Drive market share gains through price-performance positioning, availability, and application-led selling 2. Sales Strategy & Field Execution Define go-to-market strategy by region, industry, and customer segment Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers as a shared resource leader, ensuring focus, discipline, and deal velocity Personally engage in strategic sales calls, negotiations, and key account closures Establish clear funnel metrics, win-loss analysis, and conversion discipline 3. Product & Application Leadership Act as the national product authority for HAM-LET valves and fittings Lead application engineering support for complex and critical customer requirements Translate UCT/HAM-LET technical strengths into clear customer value propositions Drive correct product selection, standardization, and substitution strategies against competitors 4. Competitive & Market Intelligence Develop deep intelligence on Swagelok and Parker strategies, pricing, specifications, and account penetration Create structured displacement and replacement playbooks Track industry trends, specifications, approvals, and emerging applications Provide continuous feedback to UCT on India-specific product and market needs 5. Team Enablement & Capability Building Train and continuously upskill the sales team on products, applications, and competitive selling Build structured sales tools, training modules, and technical content Mentor high-potential sales talent to create future product and business leaders Influence recruitment of dedicated HAM-LET sales resources in key markets as the business scales 6. Principal & Stakeholder Management Act as the single-point owner for UCT/HAM-LET in India Drive strong alignment on pricing, delivery, support, and strategic priorities Represent India market interests with clarity, data, and conviction Build long-term trust and credibility with the principal through results Key Success Metrics (KPIs) Revenue growth & market share gains Conversion of targeted OEM / EPC / Key End-User accounts Competitive wins vs Swagelok and Parker Sales funnel strength and predictability Sales team capability and engagement Brand recognition and specification wins Ideal Candidate Profile 1218+ years in instrumentation valves, fittings, or fluid control products Proven track record of scaling or turning around a product line or business Strong exposure to OEMs, EPCs, and critical industrial markets Technically strong with commercial sharpness Natural leader, challenger, and closernot a desk-bound product coordinator Comfortable operating in high-pressure, high-ambition growth environments What This Role Is NOT Not a passive catalog or pricing support role Not a back-office product specialist Not a wait-for-leads position This is a front-line leadership role with real authority, visibility, and accountability.
