About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, product-first thinker to own the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of an AI-native Operations Support System (OSS) platform that drives intelligent automation across complex operational environments. You will shape a product that moves customers along the journey toward Autonomous Networks Level 4 (AN4) — enabling highly autonomous, self-healing, and self-optimizing operations powered by Closed-Loop Automation (CLA) and Generative AI.

This role demands strong product instincts, a command of modern product frameworks, and the ability to translate operational complexity into elegant, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and own a product roadmap grounded in structured discovery: Jobs-to-be-Done, outcome-driven frameworks, and continuous customer evidence.
  • Define clear problem statements, opportunity hypotheses, and measurable success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for every initiative.
  • Create compelling business cases with explicit ROI, adoption, and value-realization criteria.
  • Identify market opportunities across enterprise operations, managed services, and infrastructure markets; drive positioning and GTM strategy.

Product Build & Execution

  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) with a bias toward continuous delivery and validated learning.
  • Write sharp, unambiguous PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria — bridging operator workflows and engineering implementation.
  • Drive product decisions with data: usage telemetry, funnel metrics, and A/B testing where applicable.
  • Manage cross-product dependencies and integration points across the OSS portfolio.

AI, Closed-Loop Automation & Autonomous Operations

  • Define and prioritize AI/ML features including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, intelligent decisioning, and GenAI-assisted workflows.
  • Own the product vision for Closed-Loop Automation (CLA) capabilities — from event detection and root-cause analysis through automated remediation and feedback.
  • Translate the AN4 autonomy maturity model into a concrete product roadmap: moving customers from human-assisted (L2) through human-delegated (L3) to highly autonomous (L4) operations.
  • Work with data science and ML teams to define training data requirements, model evaluation criteria, and responsible AI guardrails.

Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Design and implement pricing strategies: tiered licensing, consumption-based SaaS, and value-based models.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop value propositions, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement materials (battle cards, solution briefs).
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Communicate product vision with strong storytelling — simplifying complex automation and AI concepts for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree from a Tier-1 institution, or equivalent demonstrated impact.
  • 8 – 12 years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software; OSS, operations automation, or infrastructure management strongly preferred.
  • Deep command of modern product frameworks: Continuous Discovery, Shape Up, Jobs-to-be-Done, Lean Product, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience shipping and scaling mature SaaS products, not just roadmap planning.
  • Hands-on understanding of operational workflows: fault management, configuration management, performance assurance, or service orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML product development cycles — from use-case ideation through model deployment and feedback loops.
  • Strong understanding of Closed-Loop Automation (CLA) principles and how they apply to real-time operational systems.
  • Familiarity with Autonomous Networks concepts (TM Forum AN framework, L0–L5 maturity) is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to operate at both executive vision level and engineering detail level.
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data/analytics tooling.

Skills

Primary Skills

  • Product Ownership & Outcome-Driven Management.
  • AI/ML Use-case Ideation, Prioritization & Delivery.
  • Closed-Loop Automation (CLA) Product Design.
  • Autonomous Operations / AN4 Roadmapping.
  • SaaS Product Development & Continuous Delivery.
  • Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up).
  • Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication.
  • Requirements Elicitation, PRD Writing & Documentation.

Secondary Skills

  • Data Analysis & Product Metrics.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence.
  • UI/UX Principles & Prototyping (Figma).
  • Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
