About Snapmint:
India's booming consumer market has over 300 million credit-eligible consumers, yet only 35 million actively use credit cards. At Snapmint, we are building a better alternative to credit card that lets consumers buy now and pay later for a wide variety of products, be it shoes, clothes, fashion accessories, clothes or mobile phones. We firmly believe that an enduring financial services business must be built on the bedrock of providing honest, transparent and fair terms.
Founded in 2017, today we are the leading online zero-cost EMI provider in India. We have served over 10M consumers across 2,200 cities and are doubling year on year. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs and alumni of IIT Bombay and ISB with over two decades of experience across leading organizations like Swiggy, Oyo, Maruti Suzuki and ZS Associates before successfully scaling and exiting businesses in patent analytics, ad-tech and bank tech software services.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the order fulfilment experience at Snapmint. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every order placed on the platform is processed, allocated, and dispatched accurately and on time. This includes building and optimising systems that manage order routing, buy box winner selection based on proximity to the customer, seller/warehouse allocation, inventory availability checks, and handoff to courier partners. You will also own the customer-facing My Orders page, ensuring buyers have real-time visibility into their order
status. You will work closely with operations, sellers, and tech teams to eliminate fulfilment failures and scale the infrastructure as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end order fulfilment flow — from order confirmation through picking, packing, and dispatch — across all seller and warehouse touchpoints
• Build and optimise the buy box winning logic to select the best seller for each order based on
proximity to the customer, ensuring faster delivery promises and improved delivery success rates
• Build and optimise order management systems (OMS) that handle order routing, allocation logic,
and priority queuing across multiple fulfilment nodes
• Own the My Orders page across Android, iOS, and web — ensuring customers have accurate,
real-time visibility into their order status, tracking details, and estimated delivery dates
• Define and enforce SLAs for order processing and dispatch, and build tooling to monitor and alert on breaches in real time
• Work with seller and warehouse partners to streamline fulfilment operations, reduce processing
time, and improve dispatch accuracy
• Collaborate with courier and logistics partners to ensure seamless order handoff, label generation, and manifest creation
• Drive down fulfilment failure rates — including cancellations due to inventory mismatch, delayed
dispatch, and seller non-compliance — through systemic fixes and process improvements
• Build seller-facing tools and dashboards to give fulfilment partners visibility into pending orders, SLA adherence, and performance metrics
• Track and improve key fulfilment metrics such as dispatch rate, on-time dispatch %, order
defect rate, seller compliance rate, and My Orders page engagement and accuracy
• Partner with engineering and data teams to automate manual fulfilment workflows and scale
capacity ahead of business growth and sale events
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years in product management, with exposure to order management, fulfilment operations,
or supply chain domains preferred
• Experience working at a company with large-scale fulfilment operations — e-commerce
marketplace or quick commerce background is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of OMS systems, warehouse workflows, seller/vendor operations, and
buy box or seller selection algorithms
• Familiarity with customer-facing order tracking experiences and the data pipelines that power
them
• Ability to work with operational data and define metrics that reflect fulfilment health
• Strong cross-functional skills — comfortable working with operations, sellers, tech, and
logistics partners simultaneously
• Structured thinker with strong project management and communication skills
