Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – Operations (Creative Side) who will be responsible for driving product operations with a strong creative perspective. The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of product listings, ensuring compelling creative representation across platforms, and coordinating between design, content, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations (Creative Focus):

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from on boarding to live listing.
  • Ensure product catalogues are accurate, complete, and creatively represented across platforms.
  • Coordinate with photography, design, and content teams for engaging images, videos, and product descriptions.
  • Work closely with merchandising teams to highlight seasonal campaigns and trends.

Creative Process Management:

  • Conceptualize and execute creative briefs for product shoots, banners, and digital assets.
  • Maintain brand tone and consistency across visuals, copies, and product communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for product storytelling and campaigns.

Operational Excellence:

  • Streamline workflow between product, creative, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
  • Monitor product performance, reviews, and ratings to optimize customer experience.
  • Analyze product visibility, CTRs, and conversion data to improve creative representation.
  • Identify gaps and recommend creative/operational solutions to improve sales.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external creative agencies for product content.
  • Work with tech/product teams to enhance product display features on the website/app.
  • Partner with marketing to integrate products into campaigns, offers, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce product management, creative operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, catalogue management, and creative workflows.
  • Eye for detail with creative sensibility (design, photography, content).
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with creative tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma preferred).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution.
