Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, customer-centric, and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. The role involves owning product initiatives from ideation to launch, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, and continuously improving customer journeys through data-driven decision-making.
Depending on business requirements and experience, the selected candidate will be aligned with one of Olyv's Product Pods: Cobranded Partnerships, Web Applications, Collections & Repayments, Technical Product Management, or Core Lending.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own end-to-end product development from problem identification through launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business objectives.
- Identify customer problems, business opportunities, and product enhancements through research and data analysis.
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
Product Development & Delivery
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Data Science, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and go-live activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality and customer impact.
Product Analytics & Optimization
- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and business metrics.
- Conduct funnel analysis, customer journey analysis, cohort analysis, and feature performance analysis.
- Identify bottlenecks, customer pain points, and conversion opportunities.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product issues and recommend corrective actions.
Customer & Market Research
- Gather customer insights through user feedback, behavioral data, support interactions, and market research.
- Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate product hypotheses and customer needs.
- Advocate for customer-centric product decisions.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with external partners and third-party vendors for product integrations where applicable.
- Communicate product updates, risks, timelines, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and product execution.
Launch & Continuous Improvement
- Drive end-to-end product launches and post-launch monitoring.
- Measure feature adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
- Continuously optimize products based on data, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Contribute to long-term product roadmap planning and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 1–6 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or a related role.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Lending, Payments, Banking, Consumer Internet, or SaaS products is preferred.
Required Skills
Product Management
- Strong understanding of Product Management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize product backlogs and manage competing business priorities.
Data & Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
- Familiarity with product analytics concepts including funnel analysis, conversion optimization, retention analysis, and A/B testing.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, REST services, JSON, and event tracking.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase Analytics, or CleverTap is an advantage.

- Experience working with experimentation frameworks and feature performance measurement.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
