Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager with 2–3 years of experience to drive product discovery, roadmap strategy, and execution. This role balances standard product ownership with a focus on internal system architecture and growth-oriented experimentation.
Responsibilities
Roadmap & Discovery: Identify user pain points and business opportunities to define a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap.
Execution: Lead the development lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring features meet technical and functional standards.
Build Internal Systems: Manage backend logic and API integrations to ensure internal tools and infrastructure are scalable and efficient.
Growth & Optimization: Apply growth-hacking methodologies and A/B testing to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Metric Definition & Monitoring: Establish key success metrics and utilize quantitative tools to track performance and inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in Product Management with a track record of delivering successful features or platforms.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of backend systems and API-based workflows to support internal infrastructure.
Quantitative Skills: Strong ability to analyze datasets and derive insights using SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.
Growth Mindset: Experience in driving growth through iterative testing and funnel optimization.
Execution Focus: Ability to manage complex projects and translate business needs into technical specifications.
