Nudge.new runs the entire marketing engine for small and growing businesses in the US and Canada, covering SEO, AEO, local SEO, paid ads, email, WhatsApp, and SMS. We deliver it as a done-for-you service powered by our AI-native platform and backed by human experts. We were founded by ex-founders and leaders from MySmartPrice, Livspace, Brightchamps, and RetainIQ, and we're backed by Accel and top angels in India.

The role

This is a hands-on, techno-functional PM role. You'll own one of our AI agents (AEO/SEO, website generation, or paid ads) end to end. You'll set its direction, build the MVP yourself with Claude Code or Codex, and then work with engineering to scale what works. Client outcomes are how we measure success.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for your agent, based on client results and what the delivery team needs
• Build and ship MVPs yourself, then improve them based on real usage
• Work with engineers to make proven agents reliable at scale
• Turn delivery-team workflows into product requirements
• Own quality, efficiency, and client-outcome metrics across prompts, evals, tooling, and guardrails

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years in AI or product roles at startups, with AI products you've shipped end to end
• Exceptional academic background from IITs, BITs, IIITs etc
• Fluency with Claude Code or Codex: you build agents and apps with them, fast
• Strong product judgment and comfort with messy 0-to-1 work
• High agency, plus excellent written and spoken English (you'll work with a US-facing team)
• Strong signal: you're an ex-founder, or you have a top engineering background (IIT/BITS/NIT or similar)
• Bonus: exposure to marketing (SEO, ads, web), or experience with LLM agents and evals in production
• Able to join within about 1 month

Not a fit if you mainly write specs and hand them off, or you need engineers to build your first version.

Logistics

Shift: in-office 2–7 PM, then work from home 8 PM–12 AM (US time-zone alignment)
