NextDimension AI is building the operating system for specialty medicine. We deploy autonomous AI agents that handle the full scope of patient operations — scheduling, care coordination, billing, and more — so practices can run leaner and patients get a better experience.

Our team comes from Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Adobe and Visa.

We are rapidly growing and looking for builders who want to do the best work of their careers on problems that actually matter.

What you'll own

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for our core AI platform — from agent configuration and escalation workflows to the operations dashboard used by practice managers every day.
  • Translate clinical and operational complexity into clear, buildable specs. You'll work directly with practices to understand how they operate, where they break, and what they need.
  • Partner with engineering and AI to ship features that improve resolution rates, reduce no-shows, and make patient journeys measurably better.
  • Own the integration experience — how our platform connects to EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, gGastro), billing systems, and telephony infrastructure.
  • Set the bar for quality — every patient call, every handoff, every workflow that runs without a human. You decide what done looks like.
  • Create the feedback loop between what's live and what's next. Use call data, practice feedback, and operational metrics to make decisions the team trusts.
  • Own the user experience and optimize for minimum effort, highest impact with complete visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience at a high-growth technology company — you've shipped things people depend on and know what it takes.
  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field. You can read/write code with AI, understand databases & APIs, and build basic architecture flows.
  • Master's or postgraduate degree or MBA in Business. You can build strategy, execution plans, and implement with the right goals and metrics.

Good to have

  • Hands-on experience building or managing AI-powered products — agents, LLMs, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with healthcare.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can distill a messy operational problem into a one-pager and a complex technical spec into something a practice manager actually wants to read.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed
  • Customer obsession
