Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Networking P&L — revenue, gross margin, inventory turns, OEM rebates, MDF utilisation.
  • Manage the OEM relationships for HPE Aruba, Juniper, and other networking lines. Run quarterly business reviews with each.
  • Set the networking pricing strategy — list pricing, deal-specific pricing, channel pricing tiers, MOP discipline.
  • Drive the networking attach strategy on S/S/N deals. A server deal should also surface a networking opportunity.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales — Networking engineer (once hired) on technical solutioning.
  • Run product launches — when HPE Aruba or Juniper introduces new SKUs, you own the launch into Comprint's channel and enterprise motions.
  • Manage inventory — depth, breadth, stock turns, ageing.
  • Run pipeline reviews with Channel SMs and Enterprise KAMs on networking-led deals.
  • Own the networking RFP response library and reference architectures.
Candidate Profile
  • 5–8 years in networking product management, business development, or technical sales at HPE Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme Networks, or a major networking distributor.
  • Must understand the Indian networking market — pricing dynamics, channel partner expectations, enterprise refresh cycles.
  • Strong commercial instincts on pricing, margin management, and inventory economics.
  • Existing relationships at HPE Aruba India or Juniper India strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in a matrix structure — coordinating with Channel SMs, Enterprise KAMs, and Pre-Sales engineers.
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Technical depth in switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN.
  • Exposure to data center networking (high-density switching, fabric architectures).
  • Prior experience driving attach motions on hardware bundles.
