Role involves managing NRI Banking segment from a product management, marketing, compliance and business development to ensure higher customer engagement and customer wallet penetration
Overall Job Description
- Managing NRI Banking product- Managing account features & relationship criteria related to NR SA product & charging structure.
- Managing Processes and Identifying process improvement areas- Consistently drive initiatives to ensure operational efficiencies through liaising with various internal functions of the Bank
- Identify new product opportunities and ensure successful launch of the same
- Liaising with lifestyle partners and managing the offers for NRI Banking segment.
- Ensuring that products and processes are in line with the Bank's overall business objectives
- Support the branch distribution teams and overseas teams on product / process related queries
- Own and manage the NRI section of the Bank's web-site
- Ensuring that all operational processes, specifically KYC / AML, are in line the framework defined by The Reserve Bank of India from time to time
- Ensuring monthly compliance & regulatory reporting for the NRI Business including overseas offices
- Driving customer engagement initiatives to manage the existing customer portfolio to improve overall business efficiency
- Driving growth of NRI customers and NRI banking Balance Sheet
Role requirement
- Minimum 5 years of Prior experience in banking -NR Product, client engagement, marketing & campaign management
- Ability to drive business strategies based on the data trends & analysis
