Position: Product Manager (AI & Manufacturing Systems)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering (any branch is fine)

Experience: 2-3 years (or 0, if you are a maverick fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Discovery: collaborate with teams (i.e. Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase) to understand pain points and identify feature requirements
• Prioritisation: decide what to build by always considering impact vs. effort–no vanity projects
• Prototype development: prototype quickly using AI coding agents like Claude–and then bring in our development team to ship to production (or do it yourself)
• User Adoption:ensure your feature is actually adopted by users through regular training, feedback, and documentation
• Integrations: build integrations within our tech stacks using tools like n8n.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years experience in Product / Engineering / Builder roles
• Strong hands-on ability to build and ship (0 → 1 mindset)
• Proven use of AI tools (Claude) with at least 1-2 products built
• Ability to focus and context switch–you'll be juggling 2-3 a projects at a time
• Interest in manufacturing / industrial process (experience is a plus)
